As a homeseeker, you may also choose to enlist our real estate brokerage in your search for a new home or MLS re-sale home in the conventional transactional broker manner. No Realtor Fees Prospective homebuyer clients taking the buyer-agency option should note that Realtor buyer-broker fees are fully taken care of by the selling-side in any home-sale, i.e. by new-home builders, condominium developers and re-sale residence sellers through regional MLS co-operating listing office Realtor associates and other sellers' agents.
There is, therefore, NEVER a BROKERAGE FEE to homebuyer clients!
This may also include re-sales totally outside the MLS. For-Sale-By-Owner home sales, for example, where special arrangements pre-showing are often made with these private-homesellers.
Buyer-Rebate Incentive An extremely valuable (35%) buyer-side commission rebate is provided to local-market homebuyer clients at closing-of-escrow. This out-of-closing cash-rebate is on the buyer-side of the transaction and is additional to the free homeowner's warranty provided to all our homebuyers.
