No Buyer-Broker Fees
Prospective homebuyers taking the buyer-agency option should note that buyer-broker fees are fully taken care of by the selling-side in any home-sale, i.e. by new-home builders, condominium developers and re-sale home-sellers through co-operating listing office real estate professional associates and other sellers' agents.
There is, therefore, NEVER A BROKERAGE FEE to our homebuyer clients!
This may also include re-sales totally outside of the MLS. For example, homes For-Sale-By-Owner, where special arrangements pre-showing are often made with these private homesellers.
Homebuyer-Rebate
A valuable cash-rebate incentive
