SHOWCASE Home-Listings South Florida - Previewed - MLS Home-Sales 'Showcase' home-listings provide a selection of MLS re-sale residences which have been recently listed. Some of these new listings will have been created within the past day or two.  'Showcase' MLS re-sale high-quality homes are available to our South Florida homebuyer agency customers and clients through area home-sellers and co-operating Realtor associates within our local and regional Multiple Listing Services.
Regional MLS geographic areas: Greater Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade County. A few select home-listings and new-construction options from outside of these areas may also be included.
Home-rentals are mainly excluded from 'Showcase' section. Rental listings are, however, readily provided upon request. Just advise your requirements.
