Open-house dates and time-frames are sometimes cancelled at short notice, e.g. when a listed property has been placed under contract, withdrawn from the market or an open-house date is re-scheduled.  For these reasons, listing information cannot in all cases be guaranteed.

Apart from those situations, listings do most often provide accurate details of current and upcoming open-house scheduleS.  Also, as regards any open-house listing found here, you may engage our South Florida homebuyer buyer-broker/buyer-agency services for personal accompaniment to view that home as part of your South Florida home-search.

Viewing an open-house may be on the day and time-frame provided within an open-house listing. Alternatively, just call or Email our real estate office to set up private-showing arrangements for any day and time most convenient to you personally.

Please note, some prospective homebuyers may decide to view an open-house independently and continue a home-search interest directly with a listing-agent found at the open-house. There would not, in those circumstances, be opportunity to obtain advantages and benefits of our exclusive buyer-agency represention, including your out-of-closing cash-rebate provided to all our buyer-agency clients.  It should also be borne in mind that any listing-agent seen at an open-house is invariably the contractual representative of the open-house homeseller! 

 

 

 

To arrange an open-house showing, just follow this procedure:

1/  Copy the MLS# from the listing details.

2/  Left click on the street address for the open-house listing.

3/  Paste the MLS# into the Subject line of the contact message (you may also add the words 'Open House')

4/  Provide a few additional details of your home-search particulars, including when you would
     like to view the open-house - or other current MLS homes-for-sale of potential interest.

Obtain a Home-Listing Brochure

A listing brochure with detailed information (including home-photos) will also be provided in respect of
any open-house that you would like to view accompanied by our buyer-agency.  This is emailed to you in
in advance of your home-showing. Maps and driving directions are also available for open-house listings.
